1.Delivery
sigrun-woehr.com is dedicated to reliable delivery and convenient returns! Orders placed on www.sigrun-woehr.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany, and can be delivered to all destinations. We ship on working days ( Mon.-Fri.) after we have accepted your order. All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier DHL. All shipment that are sent by sigrun-woehr.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

2. Returns and refunds
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our shop that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a non-used condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for return.
2.1 Returns from the EU
Goods can only be returned by post. We will provide a refund for the goods and the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
2.2 Returns from International destinations
Goods can only returned by post. We will provide a refund excluding any customs/import duties,and including the cost of returning.
